To offer instant curry roux with an incredibly mellow taste and flavor like a curry that's been skillfully prepared and left to stand overnight, we've further improved our conventional products and developed two-layered curry roux blocks using advanced skills and techniques gained in our manufacturing of chocolate, caramels and other confectioneries.
Since its release, the two-layer curry roux has gained popularity from customers of all ages. Our confectionery manufacturing techniques were also fully applied in developing another new curry roux block filled with specially prepared curry paste. "Zeppin (masterpiece)" instant curry roux provides deep tastes and flavors of the finest ingredients. These are examples of our efforts to continue offering new and better products based on our original techniques and expertise.


The DONBURI series made a sensational debut in the retort pouch food market already believed mature when the series was launched. With a modern, smart package design and the best tastes, the DONBURI series was developed. The series focused on rice, essential in the Japanese diet, and rice-bowl dishes, popular among young people. The series won dominant market share once released, and established a new genre of "rice-bowl toppings" in the retort pouch food market. Now eaten in many households as well, under the new and more friendly name "DONBURI-TEI" the product series continues to boast the top share.


Food plays a key role in the growth of young children, especially from the age of one to three. This is when they stop eating baby food and start growing primary teeth. What children eat during this period is very important because their dietary preferences, habits and basic table manners are established at these ages.
