Breast milk contains all the nutrients that babies need to grow. In light of this, ICREO has striven to create a formula that can substitute for breast milk. ICREO's "Balance Milk, a formula chosen by babies" is a highly wholesome powdered milk with nutritious components whose quality and balance are very similar to those found in breast milk. ICREO continues to carry out research and development activities to offer better products. For example, Balance Milk is the first formula product in Japan to contain all five nucleotides that are essential for cell growth in human bodies.

Another activity ICREO is engaged in is organizing various support programs for parents to help them further enjoy child-rearing. In one such program, nutritionists certified as child-rearing advisors hold counseling sessions for pregnant women and mothers with small children to provide professional advice and suggestions.

To ensure safe and high quality products consumed by newborn babies, ICREO conducts thorough, high-level quality control and testing to ensure all ingredients and products have the highest levels of safety and hygiene.

Formula products are manufactured at sites that are maintained extremely clean and hygienic. At these sites, ingredients are tested in different ways, and only those that pass the tests are combined and mixed with water. The mixture is then pasteurized at high temperature using UTH sterilizing machines and sprayed into highly heated air to produce formula powder. All these processes are performed by automated systems, and materials never directly touch people's hands during the processes. ICREO's highly hygienic and safe production processes are based on these many advanced technologies.

ICREO purchases all ingredients for its formula products only from suppliers that meet ICREO's strict requirements. Specifically, ICREO uses soy oil certified with IP handling* to ensure that our products contain no genetically modified ingredients. Along with strict testing of supplied materials, ICREO also conducts investigations and reviews of suppliers' factories to ensure their management systems continue to maintain appropriate and high ingredient quality.
